CSM Cancer Foundation walks alongside individuals and families facing cancer, providing practical assistance, compassionate support, encouragement, and prayer throughout the cancer journey.
WHO WE ARE
CSM Cancer Foundation was established in 2021 as an initiative of Changing Seasons Ministry, Inc. after recognizing a very real need: cancer affects far more than a person's health.
A diagnosis can impact finances, transportation, medications, everyday necessities, emotional well-being, caregivers, and the entire family.
We exist to help stand in that gap.
Through practical assistance, encouragement, prayer, resources, and community support, we walk alongside cancer patients, survivors, caregivers, and families so they know they do not have to navigate the journey alone.
What began with obedience continues through compassion.

IN LOVING MEMORY OF JANICE HARRIS
A Legacy of Faith, Compassion & Service
Janice Harris was more than the Secretary of Changing Seasons Ministry, Inc.—she was a faithful servant, a compassionate friend, and an important part of our ministry family.
In March 2024, we experienced the tremendous loss of Janice after her battle with cancer. Her journey made the realities faced by cancer patients and their families even more personal to us.
Janice served with love, loyalty, faith, and a genuine heart for people. Although her earthly journey ended, the impact of her life did not.
In October 2024, we held our First Annual HOPE Gala in her honor. From that season of remembrance, the vision for HOPE House began to take shape.
Her life left a legacy. Her legacy continues to restore HOPE.
Forever remembered. Forever loved. Forever part of our story.
THE VISION
HOPE HOUSE
A Future Place of Rest, Love, Support & HOPE
The vision for HOPE House was born from a desire to provide more than temporary assistance. We envision a place where individuals facing cancer can find rest, compassionate support, genuine love, encouragement, prayer, and a community that reminds them they are not alone.
HOPE House is a future initiative of CSM Cancer Foundation. Our vision is to develop temporary supportive housing where eligible cancer patients and families who must travel for treatment, experience housing instability, or need a safe place during a difficult season can receive support while navigating their cancer journey.

A Legacy That Will Live On
The first HOPE House is planned to be dedicated in loving memory of Janice Harris. Her faith, compassion, service, and love for people continue to inspire this vision and our commitment to stand in the gap, surround families with love, and restore HOPE throughout the cancer journey.

Every Color Represents a Journey. Every Journey Deserves HOPE.
At CSM Cancer Foundation, the rainbow ribbon represents our commitment to individuals and families affected by many different types of cancer. Cancer does not have one face, one story, or one color—and neither does our compassion.
Different ribbon colors are used to bring awareness to different types of cancer. By embracing the rainbow ribbon, we are making a simple but powerful statement: every diagnosis matters, every journey matters, and every person deserves to be seen, loved, supported, and surrounded by HOPE.

Our mission is not limited to one diagnosis or one awareness month. We stand with cancer patients, survivors, caregivers, and families throughout the year—offering practical assistance, encouragement, prayer, resources, and love as we work to meet people where they are.
A Symbol of Promise
For us, the rainbow carries an additional meaning. As a faith-based organization, it reminds us of God's covenant and promise. It represents HOPE after the storm and reminds us why we continue serving, praying, giving, loving, and believing even during life's most difficult seasons.

Salena Eason‑Lee
Executive Director
Guided by faith and a heart for service, Salena leads our foundation with vision and grace. She is deeply committed to ensuring every individual facing cancer feels seen, loved, and supported throughout their journey. Her leadership is rooted in the promise of restoration and the power of compassionate community.
Atiana Rawls
Program Director
Atiana brings a wealth of compassion and dedication to our programs, focusing on the practical needs of survivors and families. She believes that every act of service is an opportunity to share God's love and provide essential encouragement. Her mission is to turn hope into action through meaningful outreach and care.
