2. About CSM Cancer Foundation

CSM Cancer Foundation is an initiative of Changing Seasons Ministry, Inc., a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt nonprofit organization based in Savannah, Georgia. The Foundation serves individuals and families affected by cancer throughout the United States through programs, resources, assistance opportunities, prayer and encouragement, awareness initiatives, community outreach, events, and charitable activities.
Information provided through this website is intended to help individuals learn about the Foundation, request available support, participate in programs and events, volunteer, partner with us, and support our charitable mission.

Submitting an application, request, referral, or supporting documentation does not guarantee eligibility, approval, a Care Card, financial assistance, funding, reimbursement, or any other benefit or service.
Applications and requests may be reviewed according to applicable program criteria, available funding and resources, verification of information, documentation received, and other relevant considerations. CSM Cancer Foundation may request additional information reasonably necessary to evaluate or administer a request.
The Foundation reserves reasonable discretion in administering its charitable programs consistent with its mission, available resources, applicable program requirements, and applicable law.

6. Donations and Charitable Contributions

Donations made to CSM Cancer Foundation support the charitable mission, programs, initiatives, and operations of CSM Cancer Foundation and Changing Seasons Ministry, Inc.
Donations may be processed through third-party payment providers or authorized giving platforms. CSM Cancer Foundation may receive information concerning a donation, including the donor's name, contact information, donation amount, campaign designation, transaction date, and transaction status.
When a donor designates a contribution for a particular Foundation campaign, program, or initiative, CSM Cancer Foundation will seek to use the contribution for that designated charitable purpose to the extent reasonably practicable and legally permissible. Event dates, times, locations, programming, speakers, activities, availability, and other details may be changed, postponed, relocated, or canceled when reasonably necessary.

Participation in Foundation activities is voluntary unless otherwise stated. Participants are responsible for following applicable event rules, safety instructions, venue requirements, and lawful directions provided by authorized event personnel.

8. Volunteers, Partners, Sponsors and In-Kind Support

CSM Cancer Foundation welcomes individuals, organizations, businesses, community partners, sponsors, and volunteers who desire to support its charitable mission.

Volunteer service, partnerships, sponsorships, and in-kind contributions may be subject to applicable Foundation requirements, screening procedures, agreements, program guidelines, event requirements, availability, or other reasonable conditions.

Submitting a volunteer application, partnership inquiry, sponsorship proposal, or offer of goods or services does not guarantee acceptance, placement, partnership, sponsorship recognition, or use of the offered contribution.

CSM Cancer Foundation reserves reasonable discretion to determine whether a proposed volunteer relationship, partnership, sponsorship, service, or in-kind contribution is appropriate and consistent with the Foundation's mission, needs, policies, and available resources.
